Shipping

Our e-shop processes orders from Paris, France, on weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For items listed in the "Ready to ship" section, we will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the moment you place it.

In the case of purchases from the "Made to order" section, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment. The delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders, as each piece is meticulously crafted by hand by one dedicated seamstress.

Returns

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 business days from the date of receiving the item. Please note that returned articles must be in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged. The cost of return shipping will be borne by you.

Please be aware that items purchased from the "Made to Order" section or with any sales discount are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

To initiate a return, kindly send an email to hello@lorangeriedisabella.com. Our customer service department will receive your request and reach out to you with a confirmation email. In your email, please provide your order number, email address, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You will then have the choice between two types of compensation: store credit or size exchange.

It is also possible to send us back the product in order to ask for an adjustment. In this case, the shipping fees back and forth will also be at your charge.
